I got this little tip from my mother n law. They had bought a used car and it had sticky stuff ( from the window stickers) and other window residue. SO she took a old newspaper and white vinegar and wiped them down. Just as you would with Windex and a paper towel. It got them SO clean, so of course I had to pass it on to my readers! Be careful getting the vinegar on other surfaces unless you KNOW it will not damage the surface. Maybe try cleaning those headlights too? Stay Frugal.
