About This Momma....

So Mommas and Poppas I thought you might want to know a little about the “Momma” behind Money saving Mommas and Poppas… Well I guess I will just jump into it….I am a 22 year old mother of 2 Ashton age 3 and Easton almost 5 months  both beautiful baby boys! I am married to my high school sweetheart going on 6 years being together. We come from a very small town 1 stop light (if you want to call it that). I am currently a Stay at home Mommy running “Money Saving Mommas and Poppas” and “JayCee Photos and Invites”. I also am currently in school (almost done) for my Associates of Applied Science (Medical Assisting) and a certification in Phlebotomy. I am also currently taking a Personal Finance class. After that I may go back to school for Vet Tech (I want both under my belt) I have help between a 3.5 and 4.0 most of college and I am pretty proud of that.
Ok, so how did I get into couponing…well there is no special story really… My husband works on the river as a deck hand and his captain is a BIG couponer (he has a family of seven). He started telling my husband about his purchases and how much he was saving and then my husband would pass it on to me…The more I heard about it the more interested I became….He then bought 3 things of formula for $0.89 and gave them to my husband ( we had a newborn at the time so I gladly took it ) when he told me how much it cost that was it I HAD TO LEARN HOW TO DO THIS!!! So, I started researching it, bought some papers, and went to work at it… NO my first few trips were not a success!!! But when I got the hang of it I REALLY got the hang of it!! I was pretty darn good at this…once I started getting things for free I was HOOKED!! Then my friend and family started to see how much I was saving and wanted to do it too…and so…….Money Saving Mommas and Poppas was born!!!!

A few facts about me:
I SUCK at spelling ask anyone who knows me will tell you (Spell Check is my best friend.)

I was a cheerleader and gymnast

Before becoming a Money Saving Momma I worked at our families vet ( my other calling…that doesn’t pay well….)

I have a Blue Heeler who is my 3rd child her name is Pepper

I want more children

I use to want to go to the coast to study oceanography and marine biology and work at Sea World I love animals of any kind!!!

I am a Christian but accepting of all religion, people, or people of no religion….It’s not my job to judge only gods….

My favorite color is PINK

I hate my body but don’t have enough will power to change it..I diet every other week

I am a open book for the most part

My sister n law and I had babies 13 days apart

I am very short….

I pray every night with my 3 year old

I like to help people and give the best advice I can
